Keeping Track of My Water

My mom's boot camp trainer gave her this idea for keeping track of your daily water intake.  Put 3 rubberbands around your waterbottle and move them down after each time you finish the bottle!

  1. It really has helped me drink more water. I always add slices of oranges, lemons or limes - which helps! Spa water!
